I have an extensive and varied background that includes: martial arts, SAF Security and professional athlete training (examples: Leonard Weaver of the Philadelphia Eagles, Marcus Trufant and Justin Forsett of the Seattle Seahawks), boxing, swimming and collegiate sports.
I have always believed that we are all capable of so much more than we think possible. My goal is to use my experience as an athlete and coach to help you push past your limitations and realize your goals.

Fitness is a way of life
I believe that fitness is a way of life and I appreciate fitness and exercise on many levels. As a life’s interest in health, fitness, and exercise, I have a strong desire to work with individuals of all ages regardless of their current health or fitness levels utilizing a holistic approach.
Physically, performing exercise can be rigorous - from the minimal to the maximal - but the rewards are great and feeling of accomplishment is one of the most magnificent feelings in the world.
Mentally, the challenge of controlling your mind to command your body to overcome obstacles raises the level of consciousness within the self and therefore power becomes the end result.
Spiritually, being healthy is good fuel for the imagination and my goal is to share with you the awakening “source to the gate.”

I provide a unique style of training focused on both mind and body - a positive way to use the spirit to unlock your physical potential. It is a holistic and natural approach and I enjoy working with individuals of all ages and athletic abilities to develop their performance and confidence.
